President

Raman Singh is a seasoned Real Estate Broker with over 10 years of experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, as well as, lending. His uncompromising professionalism, internal drive, and superior leadership skills have helped him to build a real estate brand with a diverse spectrum of agents, loan officers, personnel and clientele. Raman has an insatiable appetite for knowledge that leads him on a never-ending quest for the latest technology, market insights, and industry trends.

Dan Freggiaro

Manager

Dan Freggiaro joined The JRP Group in 2018. He brings more than 30 years of real estate and construction knowledge in all aspects of business, management levels, and sales both in real estate and commercial construction. Dan is highly experienced in industry development, ownership, residential and commercial sales. As Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Business Expansion, Dan oversees the operations for all The JRP Group company and affiliated offices in the Central Valley. Licensed in 1989, Dan has been involved in community efforts, fund raising, and providing solid leadership as a coach and mentor.
Jaswant S. Pannu

Director

Jaswant Pannu, provides expertise in all facets of real estate transactions. He has 11 years of experience in real estate as both a loan officer and a Realtor. Jaswant’s extensive background in investing, lending, residential and commercial sales, land development, and business sales is a true asset to The JRP Group. His vast knowledge of lending guidelines, coupled with his experiences managing complex transactions, and his creative, winning strategies make him a valuable resource for other JRP agents. A genuine leader at The JRP Group, Jaswant provides expert advice and counseling to junior agents on commercial and business transactions.
Kim Colen

Vice President of Agent Success

Kimberleigh Colen started her career as a licensed real estate agent in 2006, where she specialized in distressed home sales. Kim also spent several years as a short sale negotiator, facilitating hundreds of transactions across California. Her expert negotiation skills have served her well as a seasoned agent for both buyers and sellers.

Kim joined the team at The JRP Group as Vice President of Agent Success, in 2017, where she provides unprecedented support and training to the JRP agents. Kim is an excellent listener and problem solver with a fierce passion to persevere. She is results driven and works tirelessly to ensure the success of all JRP agents.
