What Your Commission Splits?

JRP Realty Group offers an 85/15 commission split. Agents will cap at $15,000, after which they receive 100% commission. There are no franchise, royalty, or desk fees.

Does JRP Realty Group offer leads to the agents?

We offer hundreds of leads to our agents every month. Our technology also empowers you to generate your own leads as well. We are also signed up with third-party lead providers like Opcity, Realtor.com, and Sold.com to receive leads.

Is there any incentive for me to refer an agent to JRP Realty Group?

We offer a REVENUE SHARE for each closing by the agents you recruit to JRP Realty Group. Contact us to learn more.

Do you offer training?

JRP Realty Group offers regular weekly training. We also have hundreds of online videos that cover contracts, disclosures, and lead conversion, and so much more.

Do you allow real estate teams?
